A classic blend of Chardonnay (53%), Pinot Noir (46%), and Pinot Meunier (1%).
Pale gold colour. An enticing nose of freshly baked bread, a hint of vanilla, yellow apples, and grilled limes. The palate has layers of green and yellow apples, brioche and creamy custard and a hint of salty seltzer water. The fine bubbles carries a lingering finish. The balance between fruit, creaminess and refreshing acidity makes a perfect wine suitable for many occasions. Enjoy with breakfast, pastries, oysters, mussels and frite, vegetable dishes, calamari and quiches.
