Börls Cap Classique

The newest addition to the Spijker stud, Börls, is the result of a bubbling romance with his beloved Bessie.

This sophisticated Brut Cap Classique (bottle-fermented sparkling wine) will make every occasion a memorable celebration. It bursts with intense flavours of yellow apples, brioche and creamy custard , and the luxurious bubbles are elegant and refined.

The composition and style of this wine varies from year to year. Our current vintage, the 2021, is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier grapes.

Our Börls is immediately drinkable, but will continue to develop in richness and complexity for at least 4 to 6 years.

This versatile bubbly is the perfect pairing with breakfast, pastries, oysters, mussels and frite, vegetable dishes, calamari, and quiches.
