The newest addition to the Spijker stud, Börls, is the result of a bubbling romance with his beloved Bessie.

This sophisticated Cap Classique (bottle-fermented sparkling wine) will make every occasion a memorable celebration. It bursts with intense flavours of apples and strawberries, and the luxurious bubbles are elegant and refined.

The composition and style of this wine varies from year to year, consisting of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes.

Our Börls is immediately drinkable, but will continue to develop in richness and complexity for at least 4 to 6 years.

This versatile bubbly is the perfect pairing for an array of canapés and seafood dishes.
